Gaming Law

We advise online gaming operators and suppliers across the full lifecycle of a licensed gaming business. We have particular experience with licensing under the Nevis Online Gaming Ordinance, No. 2 of 2025, acting for both B2C operators — offering casino, poker, sports betting and lottery products — and B2B suppliers providing platforms, games, content and technology to the market. From choosing the right class of licence to preparing and submitting the application and managing the relationship with the Nevis Online Gaming Authority, we guide clients from first instruction through to issue.

Because a gaming licence sits on top of a properly structured company, we also handle the corporate and regulatory work around it: incorporating and registering the licensed entity, structuring ownership, and putting in place the compliance framework the regime requires. Once a licence is granted, we assist with the ongoing obligations that keep it in good standing — reporting, renewals, changes of control, and player-protection and anti-money-laundering compliance — so that our clients can operate with confidence in a fast-moving regulatory environment.
